Our team runs on 100% parent volunteer fuel.
Without the work of the parent volunteers there would be no team.
Help and support of all parents is required for a season of success.
Each family is required to work a minimum of 3-1/2 full meets, which is usually split into halves, and at least 1 half of a medal meet.
The term volunteer is used, but it simply means you get to chose your assignment. The swim team board reserves the right to reassign roles based on needs to fulfill meet requirements.
If you do not fulfill your family volunteer assignment you be fined or your child may not be allowed to swim the following year.
