Bronze Meet Concessions Donations--All Families Have Donations

Hi all, 

Busy week for swim-apologies for so many e-mails. 

As Laura mentioned, due to the size of the Bronze meet on Saturday morning, this will be an all hands on deck situation, meaning even if your swimmers are not swimming in the Bronze, you will have a concessions donation (Sorry, but this is the only way we can make it work with so many people coming.).

If you do not have a swimmer in Bronze, it is fine to drop your donation off on Friday in one of the two refrigerators marked “swim team” (Or if you have the same donation as someone else, consider partnering to get it there).

Also, if you are signed up for ice delivery for Bronze,please bring that any time prior to Friday night and leave it in the large white chest freezer on the upper deck (next to the bathrooms). 

Thank you for helping to make concessions a success this season! 

And don't forget to sign up for the banquet! It's a really fun event. Payments due by Thursday.
