Time Trials Concessions Donations

Hello all, 

Please see the attached donations assignments for this week's Time Trials. 

Here is a little more information about concessions and a few reminders for Tuesday.

For those who are new to the team, welcome! The concession stand helps raise money for the team. The funds raised through concessions go towards coaches’ pay, team equipment, meet ribbons and medals, league fees and the end-of-season banquet. Our concessions program works on the basis of donations from team families. Each family will be asked to make a donation at two to four home meets. If you have a senior, you are off the hook for donations this year! 

Please bring the drinks with you to Time Trials on Tuesday or you can drop them off in advance in one of the two swim team refrigerators (one under the pavilion or the one on the upper deck). Please mark the drinks with your family's last name so we can keep track of what is still outstanding.  

This Tuesday night we will only be selling candy and drinks. We will be cash only (No tabs on Time Trials night).
